Terms and Conditions
These are the terms on which we provide you (by being a member of Boundless by CSMA) the specific member benefits at our leisure property, Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel. These terms are in addition to the Boundless by CSMA membership Terms & Conditions, which can be found on our website at https://www.boundless.co.uk/pages/membership-terms-and-conditions or provided to you upon request.
1 Free spa access
All Boundless members staying with us at Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel will have unlimited access to the spa facilities during their stay. New members who have joined Boundless while staying will have immediate free access to the spa facilities. All guests will be required to observe the etiquette and health and safety rules that apply to using the spa.
2 Up to 20% off new bookings at Boundless properties
Your Boundless membership entitles you to receive up to 20% off new bookings at any of our leisure properties. If you have become a member of Boundless by CSMA during your stay at Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, this discount will not apply to your existing booking and we cannot provide any pro rata refunds. However, if you decide to extend your stay, subject to availability at the hotel, this will be considered a new booking and the discount will apply. 3 10% off spa treatments
This will be subject to availability. Exclusions may apply. If you have become a member of Boundless by CSMA during your stay at Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, this discount will not apply to any existing spa bookings and we cannot provide any pro rata refunds.
4 Free parking
Parking on the hotel premises will be free of charge to Boundless members. If you have joined Boundless partway through your stay and have already paid to park, no refund will be given. No parking fees will apply if you decide to extend your stay and continue to park in the hotel car park.
5 Discounted pet rate on new bookings
Your Boundless membership entitles you to receive a discounted pet rate on new bookings at any of our leisure properties. If you have become a member of Boundless by CSMA during your stay at Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, this discount will not apply to any existing pet bookings and we cannot provide any pro rata refunds. However, if you decide to extend your stay, subject to availability at the hotel, this will be considered a new booking and the discount will apply. Last update: 10 October 2019
6 Late checkout
This will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If using our late checkout service, guests will be expected to have departed their room by XXpm (time). Please enquire and book with reception if you require a late checkout.
