All members are invited to attend the
2025 Annual General Meeting
of the
Civil Service Motoring Association
to be held at Crowne Plaza Stratford upon Avon in the Charlecote & Harewood meeting rooms, Bridgefoot, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6YR.
Wednesday 15th October, commencing at 2.00pm
The Annual General Meeting Agenda will include:
- A presentation on the Association
- Consideration of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts
- Re-appointment of the auditors
- Consider and if thought fit, the passing of the 3 Special Resolutions that have been proposed by the Board of Directors
- Announcement of the results of the ballots for election of Association roles including:
- Vice Chair
- Independent Council Member
