• Approval of the 2024 minutes of the ninety-fourth Annual General Meeting, by a show of hands
• Approval by show of hands, of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts
• The Announcement of the results of the ballot for the election of Vice Chair and an Independent Club Council Member
• Approval of the Re-appointment of the Auditors by show of hands
• Approval of the 3 Special Resolutions that have been proposed by the Board of Directors.
