About the rallyPlease join us on this rally for the free and spectacular Bristol Balloon Fiesta. The rally field is just across the road from the fiesta arena entrance. There is a limit of 50 units but we will keep a waiting list. Minimum booking of 3 nights. We are in a fantastic location giving you an amazing view of the balloons lifting off and in the air. There will be planned large lifts each morning and evening. The large fiesta arena, which is free to go into, has activities taking place each day it is on. These include entertainment, traders, exhibitors, caterers and fun fair rides. You can also go into the arena to watch the balloons being inflated and taking off for the large lifts. Nightglow takes place from 9 to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. This is a spectacular show where tethered hot air balloons inflate and light up in sequence to music. Nearby bus stop where you can get a bus into the city and further afield. In Bristol you can visit the SS Great Britain and the famous Clifton Suspension bridge. For a change of scenery, the Bristol Channel coast and the Cotswolds are within 20 miles. Please note the rally is held on a farm field which is uneven and slightly sloping in places. Please ensure that you have levelling equipment. There are no toilet or shower facilities on the site, so you must have your own toilet facilities. Fresh water, chemical toilet disposal and general waste skips are provided. |
