Join the Norwich Group for another interesting talk.
This club night's speaker is licensed private pilot, John Griffiths. John has flown many times from the old airfield which is now under the Ravenswood housing development.
As well as private flying, the airport used to have commercial flights from Suckling airline (which some of you may remember) and Channel Airways (which some of us would like to forget). It was also used as an extension to Martlesham Heath so saw some military flights as well. Come and get the full story from one who knows!
There will be tea, coffee and biscuits after the talk.
