Ticket Information
Boundless members can book up to two adult tickets and three child tickets per membership
- Adults: £10 per ticket – saving you £6.50 per ticket
- Children (aged 5-17): £5 per ticket – saving you £4.25 per ticket
- Children (aged 4 and under): Free and do not require a ticket
Our ticket prices are low because we use our non-profit status to subsidise them, ensuring our members can enjoy great days out. To help more members and their families benefit from our Member Days, we’ve updated our ticket allocation to a maximum of two adults and three children. Additional adults must either pay the full admission price or, if eligible, become Boundless members to take advantage of the offer.
Tickets are limited and selling fast, so be sure to book yours early. This event is an exclusive benefit for Boundless members, and the tickets are only available in advance – they cannot be bought on the day. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold or transferred. The booking member must be present on the day along with any guests, and show their Boundless membership card and identification to gain admission to the reserve.

Where do I park?
There’s plenty of parking on site within walking distance of the entrance. Parking is free for visitors.
What should I do when I arrive?
Come and see the Boundless team by the main entrance, where we’ll give you everything you need for the day, give you your vouchers for a free hot chocolate and marshmellow and enter you in the prize draw. The admission to the event will have staggered times between 5pm and 7pm. We will issue you with a specific admission time at least two weeks before the event. This is to ensure the trail doesn’t become too crowded and you have best time possible.
Are there any age restrictions?
All guests aged 5 and over will need an admission ticket. Infants aged 4 and under do not require a ticket.
I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well
Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival.
Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to members’ day benefits. Boundless tickets must be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.
What time does this event start and end?
The events runs from 5pm-9pm. The admission to the event will have staggered times between 5pm and 7pm. We will issue you with a specific admission time at least two weeks before the event. This is to ensure the trail doesn’t become too crowded and you have best time possible.
You will find that allowing around two hours gives plenty of time to fully enjoy the experience
Can tickets be transferred?
Once you have purchased your event tickets they cannot be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and have to make sure the offer benefits Boundless members.
How accessible is the site for people with mobility difficulties?
Yes, the trail can accommodate wheelchairs, and we have accessible facilities like toilets and lifts where needed. If you need a carer ticket please contact Member Services on 0800 669944 and they’ll process your booking.
Are dogs allowed on site?
The venue does not allow pets so please keep them at home. Assistance dogs are allowed in certain areas.
Will there be photos or videos taken at the event?
Yes! We love capturing the fun of our events to share with other members and encourage non members to join us. You might spot our team snapping photos or filming highlights for Boundless promotions. If you’d rather not be included, just let us know when you check in—we completely understand and we will make sure you stay out of the frame.
The Boundless team attends all our events to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We may also have our official Boundless photographer on site to capture the best moments for you, your family and friends. All photos will be available for you to download after the event. If you upload any of your own pictures to social media be sure to use the hashtag #bemoreboundless for a chance to be featured on our social pages.
