We invite you to join us for lunch from 1pm at the Grainstore Brewery & Tap, followed by a visit to the Great Hall.
The Grainstore Brewery is next to the railway station at Station Approach, Oakham LE15 6RE, so you could always come by train. Lunch is booked for 1pm and you must reserve your place either at any clubnight or by emailing the Peterborough Group.

After lunch we plan a visit to the Great Hall which is the only surviving part of the Castle remaining where Banquets & Courts were once held. It now houses over 230 ceremonial horseshoes along with a Gift Shop & Cafe.
For those who are restricted in their walking capacity the Castle grounds has a free Car Park. Passes can be obtained from reception or Cafe enabling 2 hours free parking. The Great Hall, Oakham Castle, Castle Grounds, Market Place, Oakham, LE15 6DR.
Entry is free but they would appreciate a donation.
