About the Event

The Portsmouth Group would like to welcome you to their 2026 AGM.
This year, we will once again be meeting at The Royal Maritime Club. The evening will begin at 7.30pm, with the AGM starting promptly at 8.00pm in the Nelson Lounge. Following the AGM, we will enjoy a basket meal, after which there will be a fun game of skittles.
Please remember that, to vote at the AGM, you must bring a valid Boundless membership card with you. Without this, you will be unable to take part in voting or raise questions.
As in previous years, we ask that any items for ‘Any Other Business’ are notified in advance. If you wish to submit a question or raise a point, please email the Portsmouth Group Secretary no later than 6.00pm on Wednesday 25th February, so it can be added to the programme.
We also invite any Boundless members who wish to join the committee to submit their name, along with a proposer who is also a paid-up Boundless member. Please do so preferably by 6.00pm on Wednesday 25th February, so your name can be added to the list.
The basket meal choices are chicken burger, beef burger, vegetarian burger, scampi, or sausage, all served with chips. Please let me have your meal choice by 6.00pm on Sunday 22nd February 2026. As always, if you haven’t received a reply to your email within 24 hours, please resend it.
Parking is limited at The Royal Maritime Club, so we recommend using the Historic Dockyard Car Park opposite. Access is via Admiralty Road, PO1 3GW (what3words ///move.boxer.mining).
If you are not attending the AGM, please confirm by email that you wish to remain on the Portsmouth Group mailing list. Otherwise, in line with GDPR requirements, we will need to remove your name. If you know of any other Boundless members who do not currently receive my emails, please ask them to contact the Secretary with their membership number so they can be added to the list.
