What are the Public Sector and Civil Service?

The Public Sector and Civil Service refers to organisations and services that are funded by taxpayers and managed by the government. This includes essential services such as healthcare (NHS), education, law enforcement, emergency services and local government roles.

Who counts as immediate family?

Immediate family members eligible to join Boundless include spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings of a qualifying public sector worker. If you’re unsure, contact us to confirm your eligibility. Call us on 0800 669944 or speak to us via live chat.

Can retirees join Boundless?

Yes. If you’ve retired from a public sector organisation, you remain eligible for Boundless membership. Enjoy the same great benefits even after retirement.
