1. 10 winners will receive a family day pass which allows a family of up to four (4) (maximum of (2) adults) to enjoy a game of bowling or one course of mini golf at Hollywood Bowl or Putt & Play as well as one main meal plus one standard soft drink each.
2. Visit dates are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Details of how to prebook your visit will be sent directly to the winner.
3. Prize is valid for redemption for 3 months from the date of issue.
4. The prize is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and not for resale.
5. This prize does not include transport costs, onsite/offsite car parking or any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or his/her guests whilst at Hollywood Bowl.
6. The competition is open to Boundless by CSMA Club members over the age of 18, except employees and their immediate families of Boundless by CSMA Club. Its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Entrants must be residents in the UK (including CI and IoM). Boundless by CSMA Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

9. Winners will be drawn independently and at random from all entries received.
10. Only one entry to this prize draw is permitted per person, and if there are multiple prizes, you can only win once. Duplicate entries will not be recognised.
11. The winner will be contacted via email from rewards@boundless.co.uk and should confirm their name and membership number. If the winner doesn’t have an email address on their account, we will contact them by phone.
12. You will have 48 hours to redeem your prize after your winner’s email.

If the winner does not agree to this then they will forfeit their prize.
