Executive PA and Operations Co‑ordinator
Location: Hybrid – Brighton
Contract: Full time (34.5 hrs per week, flexible hybrid workplace)
We are currently recruiting for an Executive PA and Operations Co‑ordinator to join our team.

What’s involved?
Purpose of the role
To provide proactive PA support to the CEO and assist with board activities, ensuring the effective delivery of board packs and executive office operations. In addition, the role offers high‑quality project administration and coordination support to the Head of Member and Business Operations, contributing to initiatives and project milestones across the organisation.
Main responsibilities
- Provide proactive PA support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute board packs and meeting papers; ensure governance documentation is accurate and statutory deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Team, Board, and key stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and project support to the Head of Member and Business Operations.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross‑departmental meetings and support the planning and delivery of key projects and initiatives.
- Assist with resource planning, expense management, and process improvement.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, external events, and member‑facing activities.
What will make you successful?
You will have:
- Experience supporting senior leadership and boards, including governance documentation.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (essential).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Desirable:
- Project Management experience.
- Six Sigma or Agile qualification.
- Experience in event management and supporting external engagement.
