We are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager to join our Propositions team at Boundless.

About the role:
- To lead the Partnerships team including full staff and budget management
- To oversee account management of a diverse range of partners attending regular meetings and organising periodical reviews
- To achieve partnership usage and income targets and any other agreed organisational KPIs, providing regular, accurate reporting against these measures
- To ensure all partnerships operate with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks (e.g. FCA, data protection, health & safety)
- To support the Boundless Proposition strategic initiatives
- To optimise the member journey when transacting with Boundless products
- To negotiate, monitor and review all existing contracts and associated risks
- To assist the marketing team with the creation and delivery of marketing plans
- To support Member Services with any disputes or complaints related to partnership products/services, closely monitoring member satisfaction
What’s involved?
Purpose of the role
The Partnerships Manager plays a vital role in managing relationships between Boundless and several of its key partners. You’ll ensure we offer the best possible value and experiences to our members — from negotiating exclusive offers and discounts to coordinating partner marketing campaigns.
Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage a selection of partner accounts, collaborating across marketing, data, and digital teams to maximise member engagement and satisfaction. This part-time position works in tandem with another Partnerships Manager, requiring great communication, organisation, and teamwork.
Main responsibilities
- Manage key Boundless partner relationships, holding regular account meetings (online and in-person).
- Negotiate and implement shopping discounts and limited-time offers, ensuring members get the best deals.
- Support the Senior Partnerships Manager with marketing activities for key procured partners such as Kew and WWT.
- Brief and produce marketing content and imagery for partner campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Monitor and improve the commercial performance of managed partners.
- Ensure all activity, contracts, and due diligence meet relevant legal and regulatory standards (e.g. FCA, ASA).
- Obtain partner sign-off for marketing materials and maintain compliance documentation for quarterly audits.
- Provide clear weekly handovers to the other Partnerships Manager and support their accounts when needed.

You will have:
- Proven account management experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with digital and print marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
- An analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
It would also be great if you have:
- Experience with project management and budgets.
- Understanding of FCA and ASA guidelines.
- PowerPoint presentation skills and experience managing contracts.
- Knowledge of basic digital analytics.
