Partnerships Manager

Location: Britannia House, Brighton

Contract: Part time, Permanent

Working hours: 20 hrs per week (Flexible hybrid workplace)

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who genuinely enjoys building, maintaining and evolving long-term relationships, someone who takes pride in being a trusted partner.

At Boundless, partnerships are about creating value for our members through strong collaboration, clear communication and continuous improvement. This role is central to making sure our partners feel supported, understood and well-managed and that our members get the best possible experience as a result..

The role

As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of established partners.

You’ll focus on:

  • Nurturing strong, productive relationships
  • Making sure partnerships run smoothly and deliver value
  • Spotting opportunities to improve how we work together
  • Acting as the bridge between partners and internal teams

You’ll work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager and alongside another part-time Partnerships Manager, sharing responsibility for continuity, communication and handovers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing ongoing relationships with key partners, including regular check-ins and account meetings (online and occasionally in person)
  • Being the main point of contact for your partners, ensuring they feel supported, informed and confident working with Boundless
  • Coordinating partner activity such as offers, competitions and campaigns, working closely with marketing, digital and data teams
  • Briefing clear, accurate content into marketing teams to promote partner activity across digital and print channels
  • Monitoring how partnerships are performing and identifying ways to improve outcomes for both members and partners
  • Managing partner activity, contracts and approvals carefully and compliantly (including FCA/ASA requirements)
  • Keeping excellent records and ensuring all sign-off and documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Sharing clear weekly handovers with the other Partnerships Manager and stepping in to support when needed
  • Contributing ideas for better ways of working, improved processes and smarter partnership activity

This role will suit you if you…

  • Enjoy looking after relationships and finding mutually beneficial ways to drive partnerships forward
  • Are organised, thoughtful and proactive in how you manage accounts and projects
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
  • Like improving how things work, not just keeping them ticking over
  • Are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others
  • Care about accuracy, detail and doing things properly

What we’re looking for

Essential experience

  • Experience in account management, partnership management or relationship-focused roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams (digital and/or print)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft for reporting, tracking activity and presenting ideas to partners
