At the centre of the museum is the powerful Southampton’s Titanic Story exhibition, which reveals the personal stories of the crew and families whose lives were forever changed when the Titanic set sail from Southampton in 1912.
With hands-on displays, engaging exhibits and fascinating objects throughout the galleries, SeaCity Museum offers a brilliant cultural day out for families, history lovers and curious explorers alike.

Additional Tickets
Need a few more spaces for friends or extended family? No problem.
Boundless members can book up to five subsidised tickets per booking (maximum two adults). If you’d like to bring additional guests beyond this, a small number of extra tickets are available at a reduced rate of £11 for additional adult tickets and £8 for additional child tickets.
These additional tickets don’t receive the full Boundless subsidy but still offer excellent value compared to standard entry prices.
Important Information for the Day
While the Boundless team won’t be there on the day, a Boundless volunteer will be on site in the morning to ensure everything is running smoothly and ready for your arrival.
Simply show your Boundless e ticket at the main entrance and head straight in.
Once inside, you’re free to explore the museum at your own pace and enjoy all exhibitions and displays throughout the day.
The museum is open 10am to 5pm.

How do I get there
SeaCity Museum is located in the heart of Southampton, within the Civic Centre (SO14 7FY). It’s easily accessible by car, train and bus. Southampton Central station is around a 10-minute walk away, and there are several city centre car parks nearby
What should I do when I arrive
Please head to the main entrance of SeaCity Museum and present your Boundless e-ticket (either printed or on your phone). The venue team will scan your ticket and welcome you inside.
Where do I park
The nearest parking is the West Park Road multi-storey car park (SO15 1DQ), located just a short five-minute walk downhill from SeaCity Museum.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Tickets must be booked in advance through the Boundless website. Tickets are limited and expected to sell out.

Are tickets transferable
No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
