I have a reloadable card — can I still add money to it?

No — from 6 May, you won’t be able to add money to your reloadable card. Any remaining balance will still be available, provided your card has not expired.

Will my existing gift card balance still work?

Yes — any balance you already have will continue to work as normal, as long as your card has not expired.

What is the difference between an eGift and a physical card?

An eGift is a digital version delivered instantly via email, making it perfect for last-minute gifts. A physical card is a tangible card sent through the mail, ideal for placing inside a birthday or greetings card.

How do I access gift cards?

Just log in to the Boundless website and click ‘Access gift cards’ to begin ordering.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most eGift cards are delivered within one hour, but some brands can take up to two days to process. Check waiting times on our partner site. For gift cards sent by Royal Mail First Class, allow up to five working days.

£10 Caffè Nero voucher promotion terms and conditions

(1) How to redeem your £10 Caffè Nero digital gift card

You will receive an email with your gift card details on day 1 of your Boundless membership. Follow the steps below to redeem it in the Caffè Nero app.

Step‑by‑step instructions

Download the Caffè Nero app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Create an account in the app (or sign in if you already have one).
Open the app and tap Settings in the bottom‑right corner.
Under Loyalty, tap Gift Cards.
Select Link a Gift Card.
Enter your gift card number and PIN, then tap Add Gift Card.
Your gift card will now appear in your Wallet and is ready to use. Tap Pay Now in‑store to redeem it.

Under "Loyalty" click "Gift Cards"

Stage 3

Select "Link a Gift Card"

Stage 4

Add your Egift Number and Pin then select "Add Gift Card". Your Gift card will show up under "Wallet" > Pay Now.

Troubleshooting: gift card credit not showing

If your gift card does not appear:

Make sure your phone is running the latest iOS version (if using an Apple iPhone).
Check that you have version 3.37.0 (13082) or later of the Caffè Nero app installed.
Try deleting and reinstalling the app, then wait up to one hour.
If the gift card still does not appear, contact Caffè Nero Support directly via the app.

Promotion Overview

New customers who join Boundless and purchase a Boundless Plus membership during the promotional period will receive a £10 Caffè Nero digital gift voucher.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for this promotion, applicants must:

Purchase a Boundless Plus membership between 13 April 2026 and 10 May 2026 (inclusive).

Complete a valid membership application with full payment.

The following are not eligible for this promotion:

Individuals joining on a standard Boundless (non‑Plus) membership.

Bulk or third‑party membership applications.

2. Reward Details

Eligible new members will receive a £10 Caffè Nero digital gift voucher.

The voucher is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Use and redemption of the voucher are subject to Caffè Nero’s own terms and conditions.

3. Reward Delivery

The voucher will be sent to the email address registered on the member’s Boundless account.

Boundless aims to deliver the voucher within 30 days of membership activation.

Boundless is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete member information.

4. Membership Terms

All memberships obtained through this promotion remain subject to standard Boundless membership terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

Eligibility requirements related to public sector or civil service affiliation.

Cancellation policies and benefit entitlements.

5. Fraud Prevention

Boundless reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the reward if:

An ineligible individual attempts to claim it.
