Important Information for the Day
This event is a little different to our usual Member Days, as your ticket includes entry to two incredible Welsh attractions – The Royal Mint Experience and A Welsh Coal Mining Experience (Rhondda Heritage Park).
When booking, you’ll need to select your tour start time. The second venue’s tour time will be automatically allocated based on your first selection and can’t be changed once confirmed.
You can choose either:
- Morning tour at The Royal Mint Experience and afternoon tour at A Welsh Coal Mining Experience, or
- Morning tour at A Welsh Coal Mining Experience and afternoon tour at The Royal Mint Experience.
Members will need to drive between the two venues, which are approximately 15 minutes apart. You’re welcome to spend time exploring either attraction before or after your scheduled tour, enjoying the cafés, exhibitions and gift shops at your leisure.
Simply present your Boundless e-ticket at each venue’s main reception on arrival for admission. There will be no Boundless team on-site, but your exclusive member savings still apply exactly the same way.

Boundless members can book up to five subsidised tickets per membership (two adults and up to three children). Additional adult and child tickets can be purchased at the slightly discounted rates shown above. Tickets must be purchased in advance – no tickets will be available on the day.

How do I get there?
Both venues are located in South Wales and are easily accessible by car. Directions and parking details will be provided in your pre-event email.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available at both venues, within walking distance of the entrances.
What should I do when I arrive?
Go directly to your chosen morning tour venue and present your Boundless e-ticket for entry. There’s no need to check in with a Boundless team on this occasion.
Can I bring guests?
Yes – Boundless members can book tickets for up to four guests (including children) at the member rate. Additional tickets outside this allocation must be purchased at the higher, non-member rate or direct from the venue.
What time does the event run?
Tours run between 10am and 4:30pm. Please select your preferred morning tour when booking; the afternoon session will be automatically assigned.
How do I get my tickets?
E-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see them.
Are tickets transferable?
No – they’re exclusive to Boundless members, and the booking member must attend with their guests.
