Brighton’s Community Kitchen opened in 2018, and this Boundless member-exclusive event gives you a chance to take part in one of their renowned cookery classes online from your own home.
Your chef will be Kanthi Thamma. Well known for setting up Brighton’s Curry Leaf Cafe and Easy Tiger restaurants, Kanthi also runs gastronomic tours to southern India and has taught more than 50 sold-out classes at the Community Kitchen.
Under Kanthi’s expert guidance, you’ll be cooking a sumptuous feast from Goa, including a deliciously vibrant Chicken Cafreal Masala with coconut rice and a range of traditional side dishes. Before the event, we’ll email you a list of all the ingredients you’ll need, and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions throughout the masterclass.
