- Win some great museum goodies in our free prize draw
Step back in time and explore the fascinating history of the Black Country, an area known for its industrial heritage, innovation and rich culture.
Relive the 19th and early 20th centuries as you walk through the streets of this authentic historic village and find out what life was really like for coal miners, ironworkers and Victorian townsfolk.
The museum offers hands-on activities that will bring history to life for your family and spark their curiosity about the past. Experience real-life working conditions, see blacksmiths at work, and even sample traditional tastes of the past.
You’ll also get a chance to explore the museum’s vintage transport collection – ride a historic tram or take a boat trip into the underground mine. With costumed characters and even some traditional fairground rides, there's something here for everyone to enjoy!
The 26-acre site offers picturesque canals, charming streets and scenic landscapes, making it a perfect place for a day out.
At the end of the day, we’ll be holding our free prize draw – it’s a great opportunity to win some museum goodies to take home.
