The Classic Vehicle Group invites you to celebrate the Glory Days of Motorsport at the Shelsley Classic Nostalgia Weekend.
A highlight of the UK motorsport calendar, the event features the very best racing cars and vintage specials, a relaxed garden-party atmosphere, and thrilling track action from rally cars to cool machinery from every era, where anything goes. It is a relaxed meeting with plenty to enjoy both on and off the track.
The Venue
First used in 1905 and in continuous use ever since, Shelsley Walsh is the oldest motorsport venue in the world still run on its original course. Today’s competitors follow in the wheel tracks of motorsport greats such as Raymond Mays, Hans Stuck, and the late Sir Stirling Moss.
Renowned throughout the motoring world for its unique atmosphere, Shelsley allows enthusiasts to get exceptionally close to the action, as well as to the cars and drivers.
Car Clubs at Classic Nostalgia
Car clubs will have a designated parking area to include sufficient space for club gazebo/seating area.
Gates open for general admission at 8:00 am. Hill climb action runs from 9:00 am until approximately 5:00 pm each day. It is recommended that you arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am to get into position on your car club stand.
Event information
Classic Nostalgia is a two-day motorsport festival, taking place on 18 & 19 July 2026, and is the flagship event at Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb. The weekend features competitive hill climb action, demonstration runs, parades, and car club displays, alongside trade stands, live music, entertainment, and food. Visitors can also enjoy a vintage fashion competition for the best and most authentic outfits, as well as a concours competition.
