The York Group would like to invite you to join them for a day out by coach to Skipton for a cruise along the Leeds and Liverpool canal.
Please meet at The York Mercure Fairfield Manor Hotel at 9.15 am for a prompt 9.30 am departure. Parking is available in the Hotel car park.
We plan to arrive in Skipton by 11 am, which will give you chance to get a quick coffee if you want to.
The cruise is booked for 12 pm but we need to be at the boatyard by 11.45 to ensure we get boarded and leave on time.
The meal is a ploughman’s lunch and dessert. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available if booked in advance.
After the cruise there will be just under two hours to look around Skipton before the coach leaves at 4 pm and the plan is to arrive back at the Hotel at around 5.30 pm.
