Boundless 2025 Member Case Studies | Terms and Conditions
- Boundless by CSMA are seeking members to participate in promotional PR activity in 2025-26 by becoming member case studies demonstrating how their Boundless membership has helped them to save money.
- This initiative is open to current Boundless by CSMA members over the age of 18, who are not employees of Boundless by CSMA, nor immediate family members of employees of Boundless by CSMA, nor agents or anyone professionally connected to Boundless by CSMA.
- Candidates must be resident in the UK (including CI and IoM).
- Boundless by CSMA club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all candidates.
- All research and the sourcing of members will be conducted by Trueology, who are Boundless by CSMA’s official Research and Insight partner agency.
- All PR promotional activity will be conducted by Midnight PR who are Boundless by CSMA’s official PR partner agency.
- Candidates for case studies will be sourced by surveying existing Boundless by CSMA members.
- This survey is a closed survey to Boundless Panel Members who expressed an interest in taking part in this initiative.
- The details supplied by the survey respondents, who are willing to take part, will be assessed for case study suitability.
- This survey will run from 02.07.2025 until midnight on 10.08.2025
- Within three weeks of the survey closing, Boundless will contact the survey respondents who they are interested in speaking to further about becoming member case studies.
- Candidates will be contacted via email and should confirm their name and membership number.
- Candidate selection is assessed based on criteria and suitability for PR purposes.
- Up to eight members will be long listed for interview, with:
- Up to four members shortlisted to become Boundless Member Case Studies
- Up to four members to be held in reserve to potentially become Boundless Member Case Studies in the future
- The members who are chosen to become case studies to be featured in press and online publications will receive a £150 Love2shop e-voucher as a reward.
- Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The reward is only given to members who become case studies to be featured in the press and online publications.
- Rewards are not given to members who are not selected to become case studies.
- No purchase necessary.
- Boundless by CSMA Club will not accept responsibility for survey responses lost, delayed or damaged in the World Wide Web.
- Boundless reserves the right to substitute the reward for another of equivalent value.
- Members who complete the survey to become a Member Case Study agree that, if selected, they will be representing Boundless by CSMA and agree to:
- Be interviewed for PR purposes by Midnight PR. All interviews will be:
- conducted virtually, e.g., Zoom
- recorded for potential promotional use on the Boundless website
- Be photographed at home
- A photographer will be arranged by Midnight PR to photograph the candidate at a convenient time
- Have their case study featured on the Boundless website and other Boundless promotional material
- Agree to sign a case study release form Boundless to use acquired material for the express purposes above
- Boundless by CSMA reserve the right to use photos and the names in any publicity or marketing collateral including but not limited to the Boundless by CSMA and social media.
- All survey respondents who provide a testimonial allow Boundless to use said testimonial on the Boundless website and other promotional material.
- Only first name and town/city will be used in conjunction with a testimonial.
