Join the Camping and Caravanning Group on this year’s rally to the free and spectacular Bristol Balloon Fiesta.
The rally field is just across the road from the fiesta arena entrance. We are in a fantastic location giving you an amazing view of the balloons lifting off and in the air.
There will be planned large lifts each morning and evening. The large fiesta arena, which has free access, has activities taking place each day. These include entertainment, traders, exhibitors, caterers and fun fair rides. You can also go into the arena to watch the balloons being inflated and taking off for the large lifts.
Nightglow takes place from 9 to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. This is a spectacular show where tethered hot air balloons inflate and light up in sequence to music. The Saturday evening social will begin at 6 pm, giving everyone time to enjoy a meal before heading to the Nightglow event.
The Bristol Park and Ride is located nearby, offering easy access to buses into the city. Alternatively, you can also catch a bus from just outside the site entrance. In Bristol, you can visit the SS Great Britain and the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, both designed by the renowned engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. For a change of scenery, both the Bristol Channel coast and the Cotswolds are within 20 miles of the site.
Please note the rally is held on a farm field and may be uneven in places.
There are no toilet or shower facilities on the site, so you must have your own toilet facilities.
Fresh water and toilet disposal drains and general waste skips are provided.
If you want to be sited with friends or family we ask that you arrive together. We can’t guarantee that you will be sited together if you don’t.
There is a limit of 55 units but we will keep a waiting list.
