The rally will be held just outside of Llangollen, adjacent to the Llangollen canal. Easy access by foot along the tow path or about 5 minutes by car. The rally field is peaceful with beautiful views and walks direct from the site.
The International Eisteddfod hosts musicians from around the world, including some well-known artists which over the years have included Pavarotti, Tom Jones and Katherine Jenkins. More recently, the Eisteddfod organisers have expanded the event to include popular bands such as Van Morrison, James, Human League, Olly Murs.
Keep an eye on the Eisteddfod website for details of which acts will be attending in 2026. The town comes alive with music and colourful costumes with inpromptu concerts on every corner and the Parade of Nations to start the event.
As well as The Eisteddfod events running throughout the rally period, there are opportunites for outdoor pursuits, steam train or horse drawn barge outings as well as lots of local cafes, restaurants and independent shops.
The rally field is within easy reach of the stunning Pontcysyllte Aquaduct, a World Heritage Site, as well as the historic towns of Chester, Wrexham and Shrewsbury.
