Join the Leeds Group for a lovely self-drive visit to Pilmoor Cottages near Helperby.
A year-round garden for rail enthusiasts and garden visitors alike. A ride on the 7¼' gauge railway runs through two acres of gardens and gives you the opportunity to view the garden from a different perspective. The journey takes you across water, through a little woodland area, past flower filled borders, and through a tunnel behind the rockery and water cascade, 1½ acre wildflower meadow and pond.
Part of the National Garden Scheme by appointment only, the charge is £10.00 pp which includes tea or coffee and cake or scone. If you wish to take a packed lunch tables are available in the garden at 12.00pm. The booking form is attached.
