Boundless are seeking members to participate in promotional PR activity by becoming member case studies demonstrating how their Boundless membership has helped them to save money.
1. Member research
- The organiser of this initiative is Boundless by CSMA, a brand of Motoring & Leisure Services Ltd, registered office Britannia House, 21 Station Street, Brighton BN1 4DE, registered in England no 02813598.
- All research and the sourcing of members will be conducted by Boundless and its partner agencies.
- All PR promotional activity will be conducted by Midnight Communications, who are Boundless’ official PR partner agency. You can find out more about the agency at midnight.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
- This initiative is open to current Boundless members over the age of 18 who are not employees of Boundless, nor immediate family members of employees of Boundless, nor agents or anyone professionally connected to Boundless.
- Candidates must be resident in the UK (including CI and IoM).
- Candidates for case studies will be sourced by surveying existing Boundless members who may be eligible in taking part in this initiative.
- Boundless reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all candidates.
3. Suitability of candidates and selection
- Details supplied by survey respondents willing to take part will be assessed for case study suitability.
- Candidates will be asked to confirm their name and Boundless membership number.
- Candidate selection is assessed based on criteria and suitability for PR purposes.
- From the survey respondents, eligible members may be long-listed for interview, with a selection of members shortlisted to become Boundless member case studies.
- The decision on member case study selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Boundless will not accept responsibility for survey responses lost, delayed or damaged in the World Wide Web.
4. Becoming a Boundless Member Case Study
- Members who complete the survey to become a member case study agree that, if selected, they will be representing Boundless and agree to:
- Be interviewed for PR purposes by Midnight Communications. All interviews will be:
- conducted virtually, e.g., on Zoom
- recorded for potential promotional use on the Boundless website
- Have a photographer, arranged by Midnight Communications, to photograph the candidate at a convenient time at home
- Have their case study used in print and online publications for Boundless PR purposes
- Have their case study featured on the Boundless website and other Boundless promotional material
- Sign a case study release form allowing Boundless to use acquired material for the express purposes above
- The decision on member case study selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Reward for becoming a Boundless Member Case Study
- Members who go on to become case studies and featured in press and online publications will receive a £150 Love2shop e-voucher as a reward.
- Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The reward is given upon case study completion and consent given to be used for PR purposes.
- The reward is not given for completing the survey, being contacted or being interviewed.
- Rewards cannot be given to members who are not selected to become case studies.
- Boundless reserve the right to substitute the reward for another of equivalent value.
- No purchase necessary.
6. Data and Privacy
- Survey respondent details will be held only for the purpose of selecting suitable candidate for PR member case studies and treated in accordance with UK GDPR and our privacy policy.
