About the event

7.30pm to 9pm, Wednesday 10 July

Dive into the rich history and captivating tales of Attingham Park with the Shropshire Group!

Attingham Park in Shropshire is a vast mansion epitomising classical design and Italian influence and set in expansive parkland. Its completeness of survival exemplifies the rise and decline, love and neglect of great country-house estates.

The National Trust now manage the estate, and Sorrel Poulton will tell us about the history of the mansion and its surroundings, its owners and their staff.

Tea and coffee are served at 7.30pm, with the chance to chat to other members before the talk starts at 8pm. The talk will last one hour, with further time for questions and socialising.

Mark your calendars and join us for an evening of discovery, camaraderie, and endless fascination!
