What's involved?

Purpose of the role

The Member Services Representative will be handling inbound and outbound customer service calls and webchats to promote and sell Boundless membership.

Main responsibilities

The Member Services Representative will be educating members about features and benefits of products and services, contributing to improve sales/retention. You will be responding to all incoming correspondence professionally and competently, whilst responding to customers’ complaints in a courteous manner in line with the Boundless policies and procedures. You will also administering Leisure Retreat and strategic event bookings whilst also adhering to all regulatory guidelines such as Financial Conduct Authority, Data Protection Act and Payment Card Industry.

You will have strong customer skills to provide excellent service. You will have effective listening, communication, negotiation, and phone skills and be able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact. You will also work well and be able to communicate in a team, with the ability to manage time quickly and multi-task.
