Caravan on green lawn

Chester and Wirral Group

About the rally

Thursday 21 September to Tuesday 26 September 2017

Come and join us at the Cotton Arms Wrenbury - a CAMRA pub serving a good variety of real ales and good food at reasonable prices. The bowling green at the rear of the pub is available for use and bowls can be loaned from the pub (charity donation discretionary). The pavilion at the rear of the pub may be available for dining and social events. Terms and conditions will be advised when booking for the rally. Nantwich and Whitchurch are the nearest towns and the pub is on a bus route. Two local attractions are the secret nuclear bunker and Snugburys ice cream farm with its annually changed straw sculpture which can be anything up to thirty feet high. The Shropshire union canal runs approximately 100 yards from the pub giving good opportunities for cycling and walking. For the anglers, there is an excellent commercial day ticket water nearby. There are also 14 national trust properties within 25 miles of the site. There are showers (£1.00 charge ) and toilets at the rear of the pub available 24 hrs making the site suitable for tent campers. The site is well drained and level with a rolled stone access giving way onto grass.
