Welcome to our seated Chair Exercises session!
The sessions tend to last approximately 1 hour and cover exercises for strength, flexibility, balance and cognitive health. We will use batons, balls, pom pom's, exercise bands etc all of which will be provided. All of our exercises can be done seated, standing aided and free standing so all abilities are able to get an exercise session suited to their own ability. This class is run both for ladies and gentlemen.
After the exercise class, light refreshments will be offered so please bring your own cups or mugs for tea/coffee etc.
